iSue app for iPhone and iPad

This application is intended to capture information pertaining to any uncomfortable situation presented to the owner or any untoward situation happening in the owners surrounding environment. The application intends to capture the following information for an incident -- Type of Incident, Description of Incident, Date and Time of Incident, Location of Incident, Photographic evidence of the incident. The information can be maintained by the individual for his personal records or can be sent to relevant authorities using the email feature. This is a general purpose application meant to be used by anyone with an iPhone since unpleasant and unwanted situations do arise in life. The aim is to blend the incident location, timing and evidence all into one simple data entry that can be shared with others. The application is so generic that it may be used in all types of situation and classifications unforeseen at the time of this release.
